Surf the Internet, Fight Global Warming

Carbonfund.org partner Carbon Neutral Search has released an OpenSearch plugin. Carbon Neutral Search provides the same search results as Google, but every search conducted through the site results in a small donation to offset the carbon associated with searching and then some. The plugin works with Firefox and Internet Explorer 7+. Check it out -- it's doubtful there will ever be a quicker and easier way to fight climate change!

The government should place a tax on milage spent per vehicle. I bet this will cut down on wasted milage and will encourage carl pooling better than ever.

However, that would violate Constitutional rights in the United States--something I prefer to keep.

There's better proactive things that people can do to protect and help the environment. I actually took my spring break to try and find ways to improve the mpg of my truck and I wrote about it on a blog @ greenergas.blogspot.com... I hope some of the information is helpful, it was a really fun side project and I think a lot of people could use it to their advantage.

Cheers,
Justin
